The steering neck uses bearing cups for 1" diameter H-D steering stems.The frame has a tab to fit early Sportster kickstands H-D #50062-52A.Frame backbone is 1-1/2" diameter to fit many other chopper tanks.

The frame has mounting for 2004-2020 both carburated and EFI OEM Sportster gas tanks.Belt to chain final drive conversion is required.Front engine mounting plates are pre-drilled for Harley forward footpeg mounts, spacers and bolts not included. This will allow either stock Mid footpegs and brake pedal or stock forward mount pegs, with appropriate length brake rod. Bracket for rear brake master cylinder (Harley OEM# 42456-87C, or SKU 011468 ) is pre-mounted.Frame comes with brackets to fit stock OEM mid footpegs.This frame accepts stock 2004-2020 Sportster rear wheels.A bracket such as Gasbox SKU 003998 will be required. The frame has a gusset to fit EVO type top motor mount brackets that connect the heads to the frame.Front rigid engine mount kit will be required ( Lowbrow SKU 014246 ) Frame includes an engine rear mount spacer.

This stem size is very common and is found on narrow glide front ends on Sportsters 1982 and later, and on Harley Big Twin front ends, including narrow glide, wide glide, OEM and most aftermarket springer front ends. The neck is set up for a 1" stem, and utilizes 1" stem Timken style neck cups. The neck has a 32 degree rake and is 3" higher than the stock location. The frame features the brake anchor rod tab fitted and ready to go. The rear brake will require a rigid-type disc brake caliper mount to pivot on the axle with an anchor rod bolted to the frame, as the stock swingarm mounted caliper bracket will not fit. The axle plates are set up for stock 1" or 25mm Sportster rear axles and stock axle adjusters. With a rigid rear section as found on this frame, the belt drive must be converted to a chain drive ( Shop for a chain conversion kit here ). The engine is rigid-mounted in the frame, eliminating the rubber bushes. The steering neck is set at 32° and is 3" higher than the stock location. The rigid rear section has approximately 4" of stretch and is set up to have 2" of drop as compared to a stock frame. Frame construction is thick-walled 1" diameter tubing with 1-1/2” backbone and seat post, completely TIG welded. This frame allows direct bolt-in fitment for 2004-2022 Harley-Davidson Sportster engines (except Revolution Max engines), which are rubber mounted.
